Opening speech will be delivered by Mr Kazimierz Smolinski, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction in charge of the postal sector who will present the government strategy towards Poczta Polska S.A. in the digitization era.

Mr Karol Krzywicki, Director of Postal Services Department in the Office of Electronic Communications, will present regulatory policy of President of the Office of Electronic Communications towards postal market and EU policy towards Digital Single Market and Delivery Single Market.

Representatives of management of Poczta Polska (Polish Post), InPost and leading courier companies will present their newest innovations, technologies and services.

Technology Forum: Post&Parcel of 21st century is a conference and fair event dedicated to the issues of advanced technologies, mobility of postal services, digital services, hybrid mail, e-commerce sector handling, automation of postal services and other innovations on postal and courier market.

Last editions of the Technology Forum in 2014, 2015 and 2016 gathered over 50 managers each year representing main postal and courier operators in Poland and Central -Eastern Europe, direct marketing companies, e-commerce sector and technology companies.

Poczta Polska (Polish Post), Honeywell, Zebra Technologies, Citizen Systems, Motorola Solutions, WRH Global, Crown Plastics were partners of last editions of the conference.

This year's edition of the Forum will consist of two parts:
> Congress (presentations, debates and discussions in the main conference room)
> Exhibition ( presentation stands of operators and producers of equipment).

Conference will be translated simultaneously into English and Polish.
