We would like to invite you and your company to the 12^th edition of the conference entitled “The market of postal services in Central Europe 2016” which will be held on 14 September 2016 in Hotel Courtyard by Marriott in Warsaw, Poland.

The conference “The market of postal services in Central Europe” is the biggest conference for the sector of postal&courier services held in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe. The first edition of the conference took place in 2003.

The honorary patronage over this year's conference is taken by Mr Andrzej Adamczyk, Minister of Infrastructure and Construction, Republic of Poland and Mrs Magdalena Gaj, President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

Over 120 managers participated in last year's conference (most of them will be CEOs, Members of the Board, Executive Directors, Sales Directors, Regional Sales Directors, Development and Marketing Directors) representing 40 companies of postal, courier, direct marketing, e-commerce, carrier and bulk senders services sector from Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia and United Kingdom. Opening speech will be made by Mr Kazimierz Smolinski, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction in charge of the postal sector who will present the government strategy towards Poczta Polska S.A. and postal market in Poland.

Mr Karol Okonski, Under-Secretary of State in Ministry of Digitization, will present strategy of digitization of State and role of postal operators.

Mr Karol Krzywicki, Director of Postal Services Department in the Office of Electronic Communications, will present regulatory policy of President of the Office of Electronic Communications towards postal market and its impact on the condition of postal services in Poland.

Mr Przemyslaw Sypniewski, CEO of Poczta Polska S.A./Polish Post, will present strategy of development of Polish Post in the era of digitization of postal services.

Mr Slawomir Zawadzki, CEO of Bank Pocztowy S.A./Postal Bank, will present financial and banking services in the offer of modern postal operators.

Mr Pawel Usidus, CEO of Poczta Polska Uslugi Cyfrowe/Polish Post Digital Services will present innovative technologies and digital services for business and administration offered by Envelo platform.

MAIN DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN POSTAL&PARCEL MARKET.

Representatives of main European postal operators and renowned consulting firm (i.e. PwC and Boston Consulting Group) will present development strategies of postal operators in the digital communication era, new sources of revenues and new services in the offer of world and European postal operators.

CENTRAL-EUROPEAN POSTAL&PARCEL MARKET - BETWEEN NEW SILK ROAD AND EXPANSION OF AMAZON.

Representatives of postal operators, representatives of Ministry of Digitization and Ministry of Infrastucture and experts will discuss the role of postal operators in the process of buiding Digital State. Leading postal operators and experts will present eAdministration services in the offer of postal operators in Europe.

INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGES OF MODERN POSTAL MARKET.

Automation of logistics processes (sorting, packaging, handling), e-identity platforms, mobility and influence of Internet of things on postal technologies and innovative solutions of last mile challenges will be main issues of technology part of our conference.

Conference will be translated simultaneously into English and Polish.
